You will be receiving you order within 3-7 days of successful order placed. The time period varies from destination to destination. Please note that the deliveries on special promotions orders, are subjected to the conditions already mentioned in the Promotional Schemes.

4. I live out of India, Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, but you need to pay for the international shipping charges as per your country. For further details, you can leave us a message at reex@jfactor.in mentioning your address and we will promptly get back to you with the shipping charges.

5.How do I track my shipment?

jfactor.in will provide you with an tracking number at your email id, provided to us while placing your order, as soon as the shipment is released from our end. You can go to the said logistic partner website and track the same.

6. What if I do not receive my order even after 7 days?

We are committed to deliver on time, but very few times, there can be some logistics issues when our partners delivers to some remote destinations, you are kindly requested to write us at reex@jfactor.in and we will update you with the latest or otherwise we will refund you full amount paid.  (For Promotional Offers, the delivery may take upto 20 days.)
