Jfactor : Return & Exchange Policy
1. What is the overview of JFACTOR.IN return and exchange policy?
JFACTOR.IN believes in 100% customer satisfaction and for the same purpose, we stand strongly behind all of our Jewellery manufactured. We want all our customers to be 100% happy with the Jewelry they have purchased from us. So we follow a very generous Return and Exchange Policy. Every customer is more than welcome to ask for a return or exchange, if they are not satisfied with the product (subject to certain terms).
2. What is time period for applying for Return or Exchange?
We offer 21 days to our customers to file for a return or exchange on their Jewellery Purchased from the date of purchase provided there is any manufacturing defect in the piece.
3. Are there any terms for exchange/return?
We appreciate your purchase at our store and believe that there will be only a strong reason for you to file a return or exchange. When you return us the product, it will go through the inspection by our team. The product has to be in its original unused condition. Damaged products due to negligence, improper use or application will be not covered under this policy. So please keep it safe if you want to file a return or exchange.
4. How will I get my paid money back?
When we receive the product back, we do proper inspection. If the product returned, is found to be in original condition, we will initiate a refund process, where the money will be routed back to the same CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING account from where the purchase has been made.
5. How long will the refund process take?
We initiate the refund from our end as soon as, the inspection team clears it. But the process to complete and reflect in your account will take approximately 7-9 working days.
6. I have purchased your Jewellery, but I think I deserve something better that I liked from your store, what should I do?
You can always file for a exchange (subjected they meet the terms of the policy, see point 3), we will be more than happy to exchange your product with the one you have liked. You need to send us a separate email at email@example.com. Incase the new product you like is lower the price, the exchange cannot be processed. You need to choose a product or products combined to make atleast to the amount of the initial product purchased. You can pay Excess amount, requesting us a link at the firstname.lastname@example.org
7. What about Jewellery purchased under promotional schemes/offers?
Please note that the Jewellery purchased under any promotional scheme or offers will not be covered under this policy unless and until the product received by you is in damaged condition or there is any manufacturing defect. If found so, we will replace it with a new one. Please inform within 12 hours at email@example.com
